Cynthia Grainger has over 20 years of commercial experience in the energy sector, working across traditional gas and power, and specialising in the flexible assets and BESS markets over the past 8 years. Cynthia is deeply committed to driving the energy transition, with a particular focus and passion on leveraging BESS as a foundational enabler of this transformation.

Areas she has supported in the past 8 years is market-first propositions and mentoring teams, negotiating strategic partnerships and supporting industry-shifting technologies. Currently, she is representing the Volue experts in the UK and is also dedicated to fostering an inclusive energy community and supporting the next generation of women to succeed in energy.
