Enrico Casalini is Vice President of Service at NHOA Energy, where he leads the global after-sales organization for utility-scale battery energy storage systems. He is responsible for service strategy, P&L, and delivery across multiple geographies, overseeing 24/7 operations, preventive and corrective maintenance, and performance analytics to maximize availability and lifecycle value. Enrico works closely with regional Heads of Service and engineering teams to standardize quality, drive safety, and ensure a consistent client experience from commissioning through long-term operation. Previously, he led TechSales Engineering for EMEA and managed complex storage projects from design to handover, contributing to the successful acquisition of major projects exceeding 1 GWh. With a background in energy engineering and roles spanning analytics, business development, and system design, Enrico brings a pragmatic, data-driven approach to operating high-performing, grid-compliant BESS fleets.
