Markus Heiss, the Head of Renewables and Board Member at Elements Green Group, boasts over two decades of global expertise in renewable energy, organizational development, and business expansion. He has successfully established the Group’s renewable division from scratch, which now employs more than 60 professionals across four countries. Elements Green operates approximately 500 MW of large-scale storage and solar projects, with an additional 10 GW of projects either under construction or in the advanced stages of development.

Before joining the renewable sector, Markus worked in M&A advisory and product management in Europe and Asia with companies such as Freudenberg and Mitsui & Co. He holds a degree in economics from the University of Duisburg-Essen.
