Uygar Yörük has more than 30 years of experience with a strong focus on technology, energy market design and electricity trading. He leads the global growth activities of smartPulse, now part of Volue. Before this role, he led the Data and Analytics practice of Gartner Consulting for the UK and Ireland, and earlier he led the Technology Practice of Deloitte Turkey. He played a key role in the establishment of the electricity market in Turkey, serving the regulator, the TSO, the exchange and nearly all major market participants as a consultant during the first decade of the market.
